Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
